Admission to Nursery class is granted on the basis of interview of the child with
the parents.
Documents Required
Documents required- Application forms duly completed and:
For Nursery class and First admission
- Date of birth certificate from municipal board or gram sabha.
- stamp size photographs.
For other classes:
- Transfer certificate from the school last attended.
- Character certificate.
- 3 stamp size photographs.
School Fees and Payment Schedule
The school fee and charges are divided into three parts-one time (at the time of
admission), annual and recurring. The charges and the schedule of payment can be
enquired.
- The one time charges are payable at the time of registration and admission only.
The annual changes are payable every year with the first installment of the recurring
charges and/or at predetermined intervals. The recurring (Monthly) charges are payable
within 10 days of the fee book schedule.
- Non payment of one time charges within 07 days of the date of approval of admission
will result in automatic withdrawal of the offer of admission.
- A late fee of Rs. 5/- per day will be charged for defaults in payments within the
time schedule.
- If the default continues for 30 days at a stretch the name of the child will be
struck off the rolls and re-admission will be allowed on clearing all the old dues
and completing the admission formalities afresh.
- If the child is withdrawn in mid session and/or expelled from the school the fees
and charges except caution money will not be refunded in part or in full.
- Transfer certificate will not be issued until and unless all the dues are cleared.

Other Rules
- Admissions are subject to vacancy and are based on merit.
- The Principal has the right to reject to issue application form and/or admission
without assigning any reason whatsoever.
- Admission as a boarder will be given to the student upto class 8th in general and
to students of higher classes selectively on the basis of genuineness of need and
academic performance. Preference will be given to those from outside and the NRI's.
Separate brochure for boarders is issued on demand only.
- The school authorities will not undertake to keep vacancy for any reason whatsoever.
- The admission fee will have to be paid within 07 days from the date of admission.
- The documents will have to be submitted before the commencement of the academic
session. Failure to fulfill any one or all the above requirements within the given
time will result in automatic withdrawal of the offer of admission and any charges
paid in full or in part will not be refunded.
- For admissions during the academic session in transfer cases fee will have to be
paid for the whole academic session.
